What is Aqua IIQ?
Aqua IIQ is an AI agent designed to work with SailPoint IdentityIQ. It understands IIQ objects, rules and workflows, plans the steps for a task, and works with your connected environment to carry them out.
Does Aqua IIQ work with my existing IIQ environment?
Aqua IIQ is designed to connect to your SailPoint IdentityIQ environment through the desktop application.
Do I need to install anything?
Yes. Aqua IIQ is primarily a desktop agent. Download the application and connect it to your IIQ environment.
Does my subscription work on both desktop and web?
Yes. Your account is tied to your Google/Firebase identity, so your plan is shared between the website and the Aqua IIQ desktop application. Sign in with the same Google account in both.
How is usage measured?
In input tokens — the text Aqua IIQ sends to the AI model on each step, including your request, the conversation so far and data read from IIQ. Free includes 2M input tokens a day, Pro 30M and Max 150M. Each day’s allowance is released in four equal 6-hour windows (IST), so a heavy morning doesn’t use up the whole day.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are processed through Razorpay. Each payment covers one month of your chosen plan, and your plan is updated only after the payment is verified on our servers.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan from the website at any time, and the desktop app picks up the new plan the next time it checks your account.
