This policy explains what Aqua IIQ collects and why.

Account information

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo and a unique user ID from Firebase Authentication. We use these to identify your account across the website and the desktop application.

Plan and usage

We store your current plan, its expiry date and the number of AI input tokens used in the current period, so that your plan and limits are the same everywhere you sign in.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or bank details; we keep order and payment identifiers and amounts to confirm your purchase.

Your IIQ environment

The desktop application connects to your SailPoint IdentityIQ environment from your machine. Connection details you enter are stored on your device.

Contact and deletion

You can ask for your account data to be deleted at any time. Deleting your account ends any active plan.
